Calor Teoranta are one of Ireland's leading suppliers of LPG and rural energy solutions. Calor is owned by SHV Energy (LPG) Holding B.V., the largest dedicated global LPG distributor in the market, and, has been at the forefront of delivering solutions driven customer service.
Calor engaged with Trinsic to develop an online strategy where customers could interact in real time to retrieve account information and pay online. A major part of this strategy has been to deliver this same application to as many devices as possible without compromising on Calor security or relevant data protection legislation.
Over 10,000 customers regularly use the extranet for online bill payments and paperless billing.
With internal applications delivering comprehensive desktop functionality, it was Trinsic's job to work with existing suppliers to deliver the same functionality to the customer portal. Having delivered on the project requirements, Trinsic is delighted to see Calor's customer base increasingly use the portal to pay their bills, retrieve copies of bills and delivery dockets and update personal contact information all from whichever device they wish to use.
