Currently the group has 12 companies spread over 21 offices: 12 in Republic of Ireland, 2 in Northern Ireland and 7 in the rest of Europe.

Scope

With a salesforce.com/Jobscience userbase, CPL has a complex system managing all aspects of job candidate records. Trinsic's development expertise with salesforce.com was identified as a key skill that CPL wished to avail of in a support/rolling contract capacity. Trinsic support the helpdesk and development teams within CPL in order to deliver upon the companies IS objectives.

Description

Trinsic performs a support function to the IT/IS staff within CPL. The support takes the form of

Customisation of the salesforce.com platform (functionality and/or reporting)

Outcome

As this is a rolling contract, the arrangement is both flexible for CPL and very affordable with time being allocated to support or development depending on the requirement. This framework has been so successful with CPL that Trinsic now offers this to companies both in Ireland and the UK.
