Founded as a team of three in the postwar boom, today the company has revenues of over $734 million annually, employs over 5,000 people with co-headquarters in New York City and Chicago and is the world's largest independently owned public relations firm.

Scope

Edelman has developed a highly complex application providing advocacy and email marketing services to trade associations and other corporate entities across the United States, all developed on the salesforce.com platform. Trinsic has been heavily involved in the customisation and continued development of this platform in conjunction with the Edelman (Washington DC) development team.

Scale

With corporate clients across the entire United States and Canada, the application delivers vital insight data to some of American's largest corporates including Pepsi Cola, General Electric, Kaisser Permanente and the Dairy Management Institute to name but a few.
