Description
Trinsic performs a support function to the IT/IS staff within Broadway. The support can take the form of
- 2nd Tier support for Broadway salesforce.com helpdesk staff
- Customisation of the salesforce.com platform (functionality and/or reporting)
Outcome
As this is another one of our rolling contracts, the arrangement is both flexible for Broadway and very affordable with time being allocated to support or development depending on the requirement mirroring the relationship we have with CPL Ltd.
